AFFILIATE TAILGATE REWARDS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility

• Must be a legal resident of the United States and 21 years or older.
• Referrals are valid only for new Premium sign-ups - users who have never previously subscribed to ProfitDuel.

2. Referral Reward

• Affiliates earn 50% lifetime commission on every eligible new subscriber who signs up using their unique affiliate link.
• Only the referrer receives a reward; the referee does not.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals. 

3. Reward Eligibility & Timing

• Commissions are only issued after the referee has made their first full membership payment (excluding any free or $1 trial period).
• This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Commissions are approved 5 days after the referee’s first full membership payment is successfully processed.
  
  

• This 5-day grace period accounts for potential cancellations or rare refund requests.
• Trial or promotional subscriptions do not qualify until the full payment has been made and verified.
• If the referee requests and receives a fund of their first full monthly payment, the reward may be forfeited or reversed.

4. Referral Process

• Affiliate shares their unique affiliate link
• Referee signs up for ProfitDuel Premium using the provided link or code
• Once eligbility is verified and the referee completes their first full paid membership cycle, the affiliate's commission is approved. 

5. Tailgate Rewards Competition 

In addition to the standard commission, a bonus prize competition will run from September 1 to September 30, 2025.

Every eligible referral equals one entry into the $500 gift card draw. 

The top 10 referrers during this period will receive the following gift card prizes:

• Rankings are based on the number of eligible Premium referrals during the competition period.
• In the event of a tie, placement will be determined by who reached the referral count first.
• Note: Prize breakdown is subject to confirmation and may be adjusted by ProfitDuel at its discretion.

6. Payment Method

• Affiliate commissions and leaderboard prizes are issued via PayPal or bank transfer as provided by the affiliate.
• Referrers are responsible for ensuring a valid and active PayPal or bank account. 

7. Fraud & Abuse

All referrals are subject to verification. Suspected fraud, including:

• Fake accounts
• Duplicate sign-ups
• Self-referrals
• Abuse of the program

may result in disqualification and withholding or reversal of rewards and/or prizes.

ProfitDuel reserves the right to take any necessary action, including review, suspension, or banning of accounts.

8. Taxes

• Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from the receipt of rewards or prizes.

9. Modification & Termination

• ProfitDuel may modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer‑a‑Friend program or leaderboard competition at any time, with or without notice.
• Any commissions, rewards or prizes earned prior to termination will still be honored if all other terms are met.

10. General Terms

Participation in the program constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions, as well as ProfitDuel’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

All decisions made by ProfitDuel regarding this program are final and binding.
